Avocados are one of the most delicious, creamy fruits you could lay your hands on, while in the same time being rich in nutrients and fats. Not only you can effectively add it in your salads, smoothies, pastas or guacamole recipes, you can use it as a savory snack while watching your favorite TV Show or reading a book.

You can make avocados the key-ingredient in your beauty ritual: not only it will leave your hair and skin healthy and smooth, but because of the glutathione antioxidant it is also considered the master in anti-aging treatment.

Besides all of these perks, to which we can add up the mouthwatering, refreshing taste, we’re just wondering ourselves what more could you ask for in a fruit? If you don’t want to eat it raw, you can easily insert it in your meals for a guaranteed health boosting experience.
